Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into upon purchase of membership, by and between Combat Paintball Ltd and you the purchaser (the "Member").

I. Definitions

1.1 Membership

"Membership" refers to the rights, privileges, and benefits granted to the Member under this Agreement.

1.2 Services

"Services" refers to the offerings, products, and benefits provided to the Member by Combat Paintball Ltd as outlined in this Agreement.

1.3 Agreement

"Agreement" refers to this Membership Agreement, along with any amendments or modifications agreed upon by both parties.

II. Membership Rights and Responsibilities

2.1 Membership Benefits

Upon purchasing a FULL MEMBERSHIP, the Member will receive the following benefits:

• Discounts      on certain services offered by Combat Paintball Ltd.
• Invitations      to participate in special activities hosted by Combat Paintball Ltd.

Upon purchasing a BASIC MEMBERSHIP, the Member will only receive Basic membership benefits and will not be entitled to:

• Discounts      on certain services offered by Combat Paintball Ltd.
• Invitations      to participate in special activities hosted by Combat Paintball Ltd.

2.2 Member Responsibilities

The Member agrees to:

• Abide      by the rules and regulations established by Combat Paintball Ltd.
• Provide      accurate and up-to-date personal information to Combat Paintball Ltd.
• Use      the facilities and services in a responsible and lawful manner.

III. Payment Terms

3.1 Membership Fees

The membership fee and payment terms for the services provided under this Agreement are dependant on the level of membership purchased:

Full Membership: 

The membership fee for Full Membership is £9.99 per calendar month, paid in advance and payable on the recurring date of original purchase. I.e. If membership is initially purchased on the 12th of the month, the following fee is due on the 12th of the following month. All payments are non-refundable in full or in part.

Basic Membership:

The membership fee for Basic Membership is £15.00 per calendar year, paid in advance. All payments are non-refundable in full or in part.

3.2 Late Payments

If the Member fails to pay the membership fee by the set renewal date, the Membership will be suspended until the payment is received. 

IV. Cancellation of Membership

4.1 Cancellation by Either Party

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any point. Members can cancel their membership using the customer portal here: Membership Payment Portal. In the event of cancellation, the Member will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees paid for the current term.

V. Confidentiality

5.1 Confidential Information

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the term of this Agreement as outlined in our Privacy Policy in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations “GDPR” viewable here Privacy Policy. 

VI. General Provisions

6.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.

6.2 Amendments

Any amendments or modification of this Agreement shall be communicated via email to members using the contact information given at the point of initial purchase.
