Corona Virus COVID-19 Information

Here at Combat Airsoft we are open and ready to go!!!

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible we have brought in extra measures make sure our customers and staff are safe.
A COVID-19 risk assessment has been carried out and includes:

• Regular enhanced cleaning of our toilet facilities.
• Regular enhanced cleaning of all touch points around the site e.g vending machines and card machines.
• Social distancing signs throughout site with one entry and exit point.
• Hand sanitiser will be available at all times around the site. Hands must be sanitised on entry to the site.
• All equipment including masks and guns will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with approved products after every session. 
• Overalls (where issued) will be sent away to be professionally cleaned after each game.
• If you are hiring equipment we will be giving you the option to buy your own brand new thermal lens mask at a extra cost of £20.00 (subject to availability) which you can then take away at the end of the day.
• If you are renting equipment we will be giving you the option to upgrade to a brand new mask to rent for the day for and additional £10.pp (subject to availability)
• Our pre-game safety briefings will address any extra safety measures that have been put in place.
• Each booking will be allocated their own table with appropriate space between groups
• All booking must be made prior to the event date we will not be able to accept people turning up on the day.
• Please pay by card if possible using contactless payment, cash will still be accepted.
• All our insurance forms will be need to be signed using our new E-Sign service here  https://combatairsoft.co.uk/waiver-e-sign Each attendee will need to complete one prior to arrival.
• We will also be running other activities at site and these will also be under the same restrictions of social distancing and procedures.

Government Advice

This guidance is for everyone. It advises on social distancing measures we should all be taking to reduce social interaction between people in order to reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are advising those who are at increased risk of severe illness from coronavirus (COVID-19) to be particularly stringent in following social distancing measures.

This group includes those who are:

• Aged 70 or older (regardless of medical conditions)
• Has a underlying health condition ( shielding community)
• Those who are pregnant

What is Social Distancing? 

Social distancing measures are steps you can take to reduce the social interaction between people. This will help reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19). Whilst on site you need to be at least 2m apart from people at all times. We advise wearing a face mask when you are site.We advise anyone with an underlying health problem as outlined above should think long and hard before visiting us.Anyone that has contact with anyone that falls into the at-risk categories listed above should think extensively before coming.
Key points• Social distancing must be Adhered to at all times whilst you are on site including the seating areas, game fields and car park. Please think about others safety whilst walking around the site please leave room for people to walk past• Please use the hand sanitiser around the site and regularly wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, there is running water and soap in the toilet facilities.• We advise the use of face masks whilst on site.• Do not share your equipment with anyone else whilst playing Airsoft• Anyone exhibiting the symptoms associated with coronavirus (COVID-19) SHOULD NOT ATTEND an event at our venue.• If you have COVID-19 symptoms whilst on site you will be asked to leave.
