Building upon Valhalla 2018 and using the players feedback we have made some changes this year to make it even better!

About The Event

This event is a weekend event with game play across 2 days and will require you to be completely self dependant for this time. See the kit list to the right for a list of the bear minimum you should bring with you.

You will have to work as a team to complete objectives throughout the weekend and acquire points for your team.



Friday 24th:

  • 12:00 - Gates open
  • 21:00 - Combat Cinema
  • 21:30 - Pistol/Shotgun game for anyone a bit trigger happy


Saturday 25th:

  • 09:00 - Sign In/Chrono
  • 10:00 - Safety Brief
  • 10:30 - Move to insertion points and mission briefings
  • 11:00 - Game On
  • 22:00 - Game Pause
  • 22:30 - Combat Cinema
  • 00:00 - Lights out


Sunday 26th:

  • 09:00 - Game Resumes
  • 15:00 - End Ex/De-brief
  • 18:00 - Bar Opens (closes at 23:00)
      • BBQ Fired up!
  • 19:00 - Winners Awards and Raffle
  • 20:00 - Evening Entertainment begins (oh la la)
  • 21:00 - Band (TBA)



Being a MilSim event certain rules will be enforced to aid game play:

  • Ammo is limited to what you can carry but must be in a magazine in a pouch (you can't run around with a bergen full of mags.)
  • Medic rules will apply - these will be explained in detail at the morning brief.
  • Spawn points will be neutral areas and a 50m perimeter will be observed.
  • NO PLAYERS can leave the game area without notifying a marshal using the admin frequency (161.087500 CTCSS: 100) or in person. You can by all means leave the game for a break but please make sure you notify the marshals.
  • Players will not eavesdrop on enemy comms they are to be considered encrypted.
  • Vehicles with a red cross in the windscreen are not to be shot these are safety vehicles not game vehicles.
